Marous Brothers Construction served as Construction Manager for the $4.4 million expansion of the Chabad Jewish Center of Solon, a long-standing hub for Jewish education and community engagement. Designed by Ronald Kluchin Architects, the project included a 90-foot breezeway connecting the original facility to a new 14,000-square-foot social hall and commercial kitchen. The hall’s 25-foot-high ceiling features a dramatic 60-foot barrel vault and rose window, echoing the dimensions and character of the original synagogue. Our Special Projects Group expedited framing work to meet the High Holidays schedule, helping the Center earn a temporary occupancy permit on time. Since completion, the space has become a vibrant venue for worship, celebration, and connection.
