Marous Brothers Construction served as Design-Builder for the conversion of a former Mini Cooper store into Classic Auto Group’s new Fiat dealership in Mentor. The project required navigating the building’s distinctive curved structure while meeting aggressive schedule and budget goals. On the exterior, our team installed a new stone panel façade over a metal stud-framed rainscreen system and constructed a small rear service bay addition with an exterior canopy. Interior work included a custom 60-foot-long suspended soffit cloud, curved partitions, millwork, lighting, and upgraded mechanical systems. Completed in just three months, the project was carefully sequenced with early procurement to ensure timely delivery.
