Marous Brothers Construction proudly partnered with Case Western Reserve University, SCB Architecture, and DVA Architects to construct a modern, eco-conscious residence hall and learning center that advances the university’s vision for integrated living and learning spaces. The six-story facility was designed with premium building systems to maximize energy efficiency, long-term durability, and indoor environmental quality, achieving LEED Gold certification. Architecturally, the building blends traditional and contemporary materials, featuring expansive, energy-efficient windows that flood shared spaces with natural light. The development also includes a three-story townhouse containing seven graduate apartments, fostering community connectivity within the campus neighborhood. As General Contractor, our team delivered a high-performance residential facility that enhances student life, promotes environmental stewardship, and reflects Case Western Reserve’s ongoing investment in forward-thinking campus infrastructure.
