Marous Brothers Construction served as Construction Manager for the $703,000 renovation of First Congregational Church of Claridon. The 1,933-square-foot project introduced new drywall and decorative drop ceilings, upgraded lighting, and updated doors to refresh the interior while honoring the building’s historic character. Our team also implemented HVAC improvements to ensure year-round comfort for worshippers. Completed in five months, the renovation strikes a balance between traditional aesthetics and modern amenities, supporting the church’s continued role as a welcoming space for worship and community gathering.
