Millennia Housing Management selected Marous Brothers Construction’s Construction Management Group to lead the $11.7 million renovation of Hope Heights Tower, a 10-story, 76,000-square-foot affordable housing property in Memphis, Tennessee. Over the course of 16 months, our team transformed 147 apartment units through selective demolition, abatement, and complete interior renovations. Each unit received new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, and energy-efficient HVAC systems, along with updated electrical services. Exterior improvements included new windows, roof replacements, and masonry repair to enhance building performance and curb appeal. Common areas—such as the elevator lobby, lounges, corridors, and leasing offices—were fully refinished to create a welcoming and functional environment. The result is a revitalized residential community that brings renewed value and comfort to the families it serves.
