Marous Brothers Construction’s Special Projects Group served as Construction Manager for the $500,000 build-out of Masa & Agave Cantina, a 5,570-square-foot restaurant located within the Westin Hotel in Downtown Cleveland. Completed in just eight weeks, the project included a full interior renovation of the bar and dining areas, featuring furniture selections curated by the owner. Exterior upgrades extended the atmosphere to an enhanced patio along St. Clair Avenue and East 6th Street. The finished space elevates the hotel’s food and beverage offerings while establishing a vibrant new dining option for guests and locals alike.
