Marous Brothers Construction’s Site Group partnered with The Ryan Company to complete $11.4 million of site preparation and infrastructure work for the Nestlewood Solar project. Spanning 422 acres, the scope included grading, clearing, electrical trenching, access road construction, and full Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) implementation. Our team also drilled and installed 75 deep foundations to support the project’s switch yard and substation, key components for the electrical infrastructure. Covering over 18 million square feet, the work laid a robust foundation for this vital renewable energy facility, positioning it for long-term operational success and environmental compliance.
