Ohio CAT Richwood

This 14-month project featured the addition of a 47,000-square-foot heavy equipment service facility, complete with specialized wash bays to meet the high demands of equipment maintenance. The project also included significant renovations to the existing 9,800-square-foot office area, creating an updated, efficient workspace for the company’s growing operations. Extensive site development and infrastructure upgrades were implemented to support the expanded facility. Improvements spanned 2.5 acres and included new heavy-duty service driveways, robust parking areas, upgraded stormwater management systems, and enhanced utility connections. This expansion underscored Ohio CAT’s commitment to regional growth and operational excellence, positioning the Richwood facility as a well-equipped hub for the company’s service and support activities.
