Marous Brothers Construction’s Site Group performed $1.8 million of sitework services for the OMNI Solon Expansion project. The scope began with demolition of existing utilities, followed by installation of new waterlines, storm sewers, and sanitary sewers to meet modern standards. Our team also implemented a StormTech system to manage stormwater and minimize flood risks. Site preparation included grading and creation of a building pad footprint to support upcoming construction. Each phase was executed with a focus on durability, environmental sustainability, and regulatory compliance, providing a fully serviced foundation for the next phase of development.
