Marous Brothers Construction partnered with Finch Group and City Architecture to restore Park Lane Villa, a 170,000-square-foot residential hotel originally built in 1923. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building was reimagined into 96 luxury apartments—down from the original 184 units—featuring 43 unique floorplans ranging from 758 to 2,300 square feet. Our team preserved ornate interior details including plaster cornices, fireplaces, hardwood floors, leaded glass, and historic paneling, while integrating modern amenities such as a fitness center, billiards room, concierge services, and structured parking. The restored ballroom serves as a premier event space, and the landscaped courtyard follows the original design by Frederick Law Olmsted, blending historic elegance with contemporary living.
