The Lumen at Playhouse Square

This luxury high-rise multi-family tower was constructed for one of Cleveland’s anchor institutions, Playhouse Square, and truly elevates downtown living in the second largest theatre district in the nation. 

The Lumen features one, two- and three-bedroom rentable layouts, including 12 penthouse suites, with an unheard-of 30,000 SF of sprawling amenity space. Entering through the front door, residents and guests are welcomed with a 14-foot high, double-sided stone fireplace in a grand lobby, complete with a tile mosaic. The vibe throughout the building evokes class, luxury, and comfort, with high-end finishes. Coffered ceilings, light coves, millwork, and custom wall coverings complement the built-in seating, porcelain slab details and multiple bars and serving areas. 

In addition to the doors, frames, hardware and kitchen cabinetry installations within 319 apartments, noteworthy finish millwork installation aspects of this project included; coffered ceiling panels at lobby, privacy screening walls with inlay mirror, custom millwork within serving kitchenette on amenity floors, lounge & dining spaces with built-in seating, installation of specialty accessories throughout, and IPE species of hardwood installations at the rooftop deck’s patio & bar.
