Marous Brothers Construction’s Site Group provided $2.7 million of sitework services for NRP Group’s Peninsula Apartments project on Cleveland’s Scranton Peninsula. Our team executed clearing, site demolition, erosion control, grading, excavation, and installation of underground utilities across the 7.5-acre site. We constructed retaining walls and performed pedestrian right-of-way grading for new staircases and sidewalks to improve connectivity and access. Additional work included courtyard drainage infrastructure surrounding the outdoor pool area. The completed sitework established a solid foundation for future development, supporting NRP’s vision to bring over 600 new homes and revitalize this once-abandoned riverfront property.
