Our team collaborated closely with the owners and Audi corporate representatives to determine budget and design constraints before starting the architectural and engineering plans. The project included removing the entire front façade and constructing a contemporary “Audi” prototype elevation in its place. By assessing the existing infrastructure, we identified that the HVAC and plumbing systems could be retained, delivering substantial savings to the owners through value engineering.
Skilled carpenters meticulously installed detailed finishes specified by the Audi and Porsche Dealer Identification, contributing to the building’s distinct contemporary industrial aesthetic. Since its completion, the Fred Baker dealership has become a model prototype dealership for Porsche Audi, setting a new standard in design and functionality for similar projects.
