Marous Brothers Construction’s Design-Build team partnered with Ohio CAT to renovate the SITECH Ohio office in Columbus, delivering a more structured and efficient work environment. The project included reconfiguring interior spaces to create private offices, a new training room, and a more defined conference area. Upgrades featured new lighting, acoustical and hard ceilings, fresh finishes, and updated doors and frames to improve aesthetics and functionality. AV systems were installed in key meeting spaces, and new signage—both interior and digital—was added to strengthen brand identity. The result is a clean, cohesive space aligned with SITECH’s operational goals.
