Marous Brothers Construction completed The Hive + Honey Hill, a landmark adaptive‑reuse project creating a vibrant mixed‑use destination. Spanning more than 56,000-SF, the project transformed a former cinema into seven distinct spaces combining restaurant, retail, entertainment, and event uses under one roof. The Hive portion includes dining, specialty retail, live music, screening rooms, and a speakeasy‑style cocktail bar, while Honey Hill features a large indoor event venue, bridal and groom suites, and an expansive outdoor conservatory. The scope of work included selective demolition, major mechanical and electrical system upgrades, extensive finish carpentry, custom architectural millwork, timber framing, corrugated metal installations, and construction of a patio and beer garden, delivering a dynamic year‑round destination rooted in craftsmanship and community.
