The development consists of 284,000 SF of new construction, comprising 241 units with a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Designed by Vocon, the building features a post-tension concrete podium with two levels of below-grade parking, an elevated pool deck, and a two-story lobby space. The upper levels utilize panelized four-story wood frame construction to optimize both cost efficiency and durability. The project reached completion in 2022, meeting the modern housing demand in Cleveland’s vibrant market.
