Marous Brothers Construction partnered with Newbrook Partners to deliver The Verge, a new student apartment community located near Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Built on a former farmland site, the development features a mix of two- and three-story wood-frame residential buildings that provide both garden-style and townhome living options for students seeking a blend of comfort and independence. The site was thoughtfully designed to maximize open space and community appeal, incorporating landscaped patios, recreation areas, and ample on-site parking. At the heart of the community stands a central clubhouse that offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center, game room, and entertainment lounge. The Verge was fully leased prior to project completion, a testament to its attractive location within walking distance of campus and its vibrant, amenity-rich design. As General Contractor, our team delivered a dynamic residential environment that supports student life and enriches the surrounding community.
