Marous Brothers Construction’s Multi-Family Housing Group served as General Contractor for Woodhill Station West – Phase I, a new-construction, 137,800-square-foot affordable housing community offering 120 residential units. The four-story walkout design includes a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with a host of resident-focused amenities such as a community lounge, fitness rooms, meeting spaces, leasing offices, and outdoor green space with a playground and pavilion. Our team managed the full construction effort while our Carpentry & Interior Finishes Group self-performed extensive scopes, including exterior framing, windows, and siding, as well as prefabricated interior wall panels, drywall, insulation, doors, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and acoustical ceilings. The project plays a key role in the ongoing revitalization of Cleveland’s Buckeye-Woodhill neighborhood, offering high-quality, sustainable housing for families.
