Marous Brothers Construction served as General Contractor and Carpentry & Interior Finishes Contractor for Woodhill Center East – Phase II, a key component of The Community Builders’ multi-phase redevelopment plan in partnership with the City of Cleveland and CMHA under the HUD Choice Neighborhoods Initiative. Completed in 2024 with a construction value of $26.9 million, the project offers 61 apartment units and 16 townhomes, totaling 86,575 square feet of rentable space. The campus features shared spaces such as a community room, fitness center, meeting room, management offices, welcoming reception and lobby, public restrooms, a mail room, and other open common areas.
