Interior updates include new cabinets, toilets, vanities, appliances, and entry doors, along with comprehensive upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to enhance functionality and efficiency. The renovation also involves removing and reinstalling balconies on the building’s south elevation, ensuring structural integrity and safety while updating exterior aesthetics. Additionally, the project encompasses renovations to three separate townhome buildings on the property, following a similar scope as the tower. These updates will create a cohesive look across the property and provide residents with upgraded amenities and finishes. This revitalization effort will elevate the property’s appeal and extend its usability for years to come.
