Marous Brothers Construction, as Design-Builder, delivered a $20.6 million, 76,000-square-foot project for the Hitchcock Center for Women that integrates both residential treatment and supportive housing in one structure. Designed to promote healing and long-term recovery, the project includes a four-story, 33,000-square-foot Residential Treatment Center offering space for up to 42 women, including those with young children. The RTC includes a full-service dining hall and kitchen, group and private therapy spaces, medical and intake rooms, and administrative offices. The Supportive Housing component spans 43,000 square feet and features 53 subsidized apartment homes—studio, one-, and two-bedroom units—designed to support women transitioning from treatment, as well as their families, in need of affordable housing.
