Marous Brothers Construction completed the office build-out for law firm Brennan Manna Diamond on the 18th floor of 200 Public Square in downtown Cleveland. The 12,400-square-foot project began with light demolition of the existing office space to prepare for the new layout. Our team installed new framing to create private offices, updated the ACT ceiling, and added a sleek new entrance area featuring a storefront system and tile floors. Carpet was installed throughout the office areas, complementing the refined design. The finished space provides a professional, polished environment that enhances both functionality and the firm’s client-facing presence.
