Marous Brothers Construction completed the renovation of Corning Auditorium at the Fine Arts Association, enhancing a key cultural venue that serves the local arts community. The 3,000‑square‑foot project included comprehensive upgrades designed to improve the experience for both audiences and performers. Work involved demolition and installation of new auditorium seating, including accessible seating, along with a new stage curtain and updates to the orchestra pit. Mechanical improvements included the design and installation of a new air handling unit, supported by electrical repairs and selective plumbing upgrades. Additional enhancements included the installation of a new backstage sink and supporting infrastructure to improve functionality and comfort. The completed renovation delivers a refreshed performance environment that supports the organization’s ongoing mission of fostering creativity and community engagement.
