The Ribbon Cutting And Grand Opening marks a milestone For Woodhill Station East, the third phase in the transformation of Cleveland’s Buckeye-Woodhill neighborhood.
As General Contractors, our Multi-Family Housing Group is thrilled to deliver this development for The Community Builders, Inc. and Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), in collaboration with City Architecture.
This project adds 64 new high-quality apartment homes across a range of affordability levels, along with new ground-floor commercial space designed to encourage continued growth and investment in the neighborhood.
Woodhill Station East marks another important step in CMHA’s larger plan to create approximately 640 mixed-income housing units on Cleveland’s east side. Together, we are building a brighter future for Cleveland.
