Marous Brothers Construction completed a $98 million student housing development known as 3rd and West, located at the intersection of 3rd and McCormick near Purdue University. Developed in partnership with American Campus Communities and the Purdue Research Foundation, the five-story complex includes 401 fully furnished units with premium amenities and flexible leasing options tailored for upper-division and graduate students. Designed by SCB Architects with sustainability in mind, the project was built to LEED Silver standards and integrates study lounges, collaboration spaces, and wellness-focused amenities that enhance academic success and student well-being. As General Contractor, our team delivered a vibrant, modern residential community that transforms a key campus corridor and sets a new standard for student housing.
