Marous Brothers Construction completed a $3.3 million renovation for Classic BMW in Willoughby Hills, updating both the interior and exterior to reflect the brand’s premium image. The project included upgrades to the showroom, customer lounge, restrooms, service drive, and advisor stations, along with a new conference room and mezzanine addition for expanded parts storage. Exterior improvements featured aluminum composite metal (ACM) panels and EIFS finishes, delivering a bold, contemporary look. Our team also executed extensive site concrete work to enhance access and circulation. The result is a revitalized dealership environment that aligns with BMW’s luxury brand and customer expectations.
