Marous Brothers Construction served as Design-Builder for the $1.2 million renovation of Classic Cadillac, the sixth project completed on Classic Auto Group’s Mentor campus. The five-month project required careful phasing to allow the dealership to remain fully operational throughout construction. Exterior improvements included relocating the showroom entrance, installing a new storefront framed with custom limestone panels on a steel support system, replacing overhead doors, and adding a new ADA-compliant ramp. Inside, our team delivered updated finishes, ceramic flooring, new wall treatments, lighting, and an entirely new ceiling system. The result is a refreshed, brand-compliant dealership designed to enhance the customer experience.
