The renovation project included comprehensive upgrades across all areas of the property, transforming both guest rooms and shared spaces to enhance the guest experience. The scope included the modernization of 146 hotel rooms, where finishes and fixtures were replaced to reflect contemporary aesthetics and functionality. In addition to guest rooms, the project involved extensive renovations of public areas, including the lobby, laundry facilities, and restrooms. We also added a new fitness center, providing an enhanced amenity for guests. This work was completed with attention to quality and efficiency, ensuring that the property met brand standards and provided a refreshed and inviting environment for visitors.
