Marous Brothers Construction served as Design-Builder for the $1.4 million renovation of Fred Baker Porsche-Audi in Bedford. The project involved a full exterior transformation, replacing the original façade with Audi’s contemporary prototype elevation. Working closely with the owner and Audi corporate, our team provided early value engineering, retaining the existing HVAC and plumbing systems to reduce costs. Interior improvements included the installation of detailed brand-specific finishes by our skilled carpenters, reflecting both Porsche and Audi design standards. The completed project set a new benchmark for functionality and aesthetics, becoming a prototype for future dual-branded dealerships.
