Marous Brothers Construction served as Construction Manager at Risk for the $500,000 renovation of Kirtland High School’s science lab. The project consolidated two former classrooms into a single 23,000-square-foot lab space, featuring six dedicated lab stations with integrated technology, flexible classroom layouts, and displays that allow students and teachers to project content seamlessly. Upgrades also included new sinks, gas lines, and dedicated storage to support a wide range of coursework. Working closely with architect TDA, our team coordinated construction during the academic year, ensuring the lab was ready for use at the start of the new semester. The completed facility provides a versatile, student-centered environment that supports both inquiry-based learning and advanced science education.
