Marous Brothers Construction’s Carpentry & Interior Finishes Group partnered with Welty Building Co. to deliver a $3 million general trades package for the 134,000-square-foot Woodridge Schools campus. The scope included cold form framing, trusses, rough carpentry, drywall, metal framing, and ACT ceilings across a 110,000-square-foot addition and 24,000-square-foot renovation. Our team met a tight 12-month schedule to create a unified learning environment for elementary, middle, and high school students. Notable features included flexible classroom spaces with garage-style doors, auditorium and theatre areas, two gyms, a library, and three wings of interactive two-story classrooms designed to support modern education.
